Rates

There are basic rates and special rates for the renting of this apartment, the basic rate covers the whole year the basic rates are as follows:

For 2 people a daily rate is €140 EUR
For a whole weeks rent 7 nights or more it is €750 EUR per week

Special rates and special dates include festivals and events throughout the year like the Queen’s birthday, Ascension Day. Whitsuntide and the Christmas and Easter period.

During these events the rate per night is set at €140 EUR even for the whole weeks stay, however the minimum stay is 2 nights.

Deposit and Payment

Deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation, outstanding balance is paid on arrival. You can settle the payment online before you arrive.

We can send you the relevant details about how to pay through PayPal using your credit card. However if you prefer to pay through the bank standing order, then we can provide the necessary details like the international bank account numbers etc.

There is a charge for using your credit card if you decide to use PayPal, check with the PayPal website or contact us for more information.
